1. Overview

At SLRin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order. Since we deal in custom-printed and pre-designed apparel, certain limitations apply.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the printing or shipping stage. To request a cancellation:

  • Log in to your account, go to Order History, and click "Request Cancellation"
  • Or use our public Order Tracking page with your Order ID

Cancellation requests after 24 hours or after production has started may not be possible. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If you received a product with a printing defect, manufacturing flaw, or physical damage during shipping
  • Wrong Item: If you received a different design, size, or colour than what you ordered

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Request a return within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Printed Products: Items printed with your own design, logo, or custom artwork (unless there is a printing defect caused by us)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior return authorization
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

5. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through your Account Dashboard or by emailing us at contact@slrin.com with your Order ID, reason, and photos
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send a return authorisation if approved
  3. You will be provided with a return shipping address. Return shipping costs will be borne by SLRin if the item is defective or incorrect
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Razorpay (Online Payments): Refund will be initiated to your card/UPI/Net Banking account. It may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).

7. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for Ready to Ship products only. Custom products cannot be exchanged for size differences. Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take clear photos of the damaged package and product, and email us at contact@slrin.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the courier partner and send a replacement at no extra cost.
